About the Role
We are seeking a capable MEP Designer or Draftsman to prepare coordinated and permit-ready MEP layouts for international residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and drafting proficiency in MEP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prepare detailed HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and drainage layouts.
- Develop permit-ready MEP drawings integrated with architectural and structural plans.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain design accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in MEP, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in MEP design and drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Coordination and problem-solving abilities.
